We produce drawing sets directly from coordinated 3D models. Plans, sections, elevations, and detail views are extracted, annotated, and formatted so site teams have what they need without any redrawing or interpretation. What is shown in the model is what appears in the drawing.
What We Cover
Drawings produced manually from a model often introduce inconsistencies during the translation from 3D geometry into 2D sheets. Differences between the model and drawings create confusion on site and lead to errors during execution. We extract drawings directly from the model, ensuring that plans, sections, and details remain consistent with the coordinated design. This removes the need for redrawing and reduces the chances of mismatch between disciplines. The result is a set of construction drawings that are aligned with the model, easy to interpret, and ready for use on site without rework.
Floor-by-floor plans for architectural, structural, and services disciplines with correct annotations, dimensions, and room data.
Cut sections and building elevations showing spatial relationships between structure, envelope, and internal elements.
Enlarged views of critical areas such as service corridors, plant rooms, shaft sections, and connection details where standard plan views are not sufficient.
Door schedules, room data schedules, equipment lists, and pipe or duct schedules extracted from model data and included on the drawing sheets.
