BIM Space

BIM Space is a BIM modelling and design coordination firm based in Mumbai, India. We work on construction projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and data centre sectors.

Our work covers the full process from developing accurate 3D models to producing coordinated drawings that can be directly used on site. We focus on resolving clashes early, aligning services within available space, and ensuring that different disciplines work together without conflict.

Our Approach

BIM as a process, not just a tool.

Most BIM work is treated as a modelling exercise. The model gets built, drawings get issued, and problems surface on site. We work differently.

Every project we take on is approached as a coordination problem. The model is structured from the start so that different disciplines can be combined and checked against each other. Clashes are identified and resolved before drawings are issued, not after construction begins.

We take ownership of the full scope. Architectural, structural, MEP, and fire systems are handled by the same team, which means coordination happens internally rather than being passed between separate firms.

Review Your Drawings

Send us your architectural or MEP drawings. We review the scope, confirm the applicable standard, and come back with a fee and programme.

Agree Scope & Fee

We issue a written scope of work. Once confirmed with a purchase order and advance payment, the project starts.

Model & Deliver

We produce the models, drawings, and calculations. Coordination with your team is done as required. Final deliverables are issued for construction use.
