On most projects, each discipline models independently and hands over files when their part is done. The problems only show up when the models are combined. By that point, changes are expensive and time is already lost.
What We Do
We combine architectural, structural, and MEPF models into a single working environment and review them together. Issues are identified in context, not just flagged and passed back to individual teams.
Architectural, structural, and MEPF models are brought into a single Navisworks environment. We review them together rather than checking each discipline in isolation.
We do not just log clashes. Each conflict is worked through, coordinated between the relevant disciplines, and updated in the model so the issue is actually closed.
Coordination runs alongside design development. As models are updated, we review the impact on other systems and keep everything aligned across the full package.
How We Work
Regular Model Combines
Models are combined at defined intervals throughout the project, not just at the end. This keeps coordination issues small and manageable.
Clash Tracking Until Closed
Each clash is categorised by priority and tracked through to resolution. Nothing is marked resolved until the model reflects the fix.
Routing and Clearance Checks
Routing conflicts, ceiling space limitations, and access clearances are reviewed and resolved before any drawings are issued to site.
